Payment and Delivery
If you order before 2pm your parcel will be picked on the day you have ordered and delivery within the UK can be expected within 1-3 working days depending on your chosen courier method. Overseas transit times will vary so you should allow up to 14 days maximum for delivery, although it will normally be less than a week. See the below table for estimated delivery time frames, methods and regional pricing. Payment can be made directly by PayPal or through our secure online card processing system.

Customers are also welcome to order through our office line on 0138 072 8000, just mention you would like to purchase titles from the website and we can take orders and payment over the phone. Please make sure you have the catalogue numbers of the products and your card details to hand. Also please bear in mind our office phones are often busy, ordering direct from the website is the quickest method.

We have had instances where customers have sent us cheques and cash in the post or even turn up at our warehouse door looking to buy direct. These are all accepted methods however you must confirm with us beforehand via phone, email or letter. We cannot accept blank cheques and take no liability or responsibility for any physical currency lost in transit to ourselves. Please be aware our site is a distribution centre and not a shop.

UK Delivery Charges & Details
When you checkout, you will automatically be assigned Royal Mail 2nd Class as your courier with the price depending on the weight of your goods. At this point you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class or  our Tracked & Signed For Next Day services for a quicker delivery.

UK Royal Mail 2nd Class
CDs that come in a single case will be shipped as a Large Letter with Royal Mail, anything heavier will be shipped as a Small Parcel. Usually these will be small enough to put through your letterbox. If it cannot be posted through and you are not at the address you will be required to collect your package from your Royal Mail depot and present ID.

UK Royal Mail 1st Class
For a faster delivery you can choose to upgrade to 1st class. Bear in mind that there can be occasional delays so if your goods are late, please let us know.

UK Tracked & Signed Next Working Day - UK Mail / DHL
This service is with our courier UKMail/DHL. They deliver Mon-Fri and will give you a delivery window via text or email and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable they will attempt to redeliver a further two times. If you miss all the delivery attempts your package will be returned to us at cost, in this instance you will be required to pay for it to be re-posted.
Please Note: Highlands and Islands of the UK. An additional day can be expected and may cost more. We would recommend using our Royal Mail shipping options if you live in these areas.

International Delivery Charges & Details
We use Royal Mail as the standard delivery service for our international orders and found their third party shipping partners across the globe to be very reliable. However, if you prefer we can also quote for a fully tracked & signed service. The price will depend on region and be at our discretion.
EU Customers: We have a growing customer base within the Europe, both our trade clients and individual customers are equally important to us. So far Brexit has not caused much disruption to our business, but unfortunately shipping costs to the EU has increased slightly. We are working to find a way to try and make this cheaper.

Returns Policy
With any returns please contact us before you send anything back, failure to do so may delay the process.

You can choose to cancel and have your order refunded at anytime before it has shipped. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it is faulty you have 30 days to notify us from the day you receive the item to post it back to us for a refund or exchange.

If goods have been damaged in transit we will send a replacement free of charge. We do ask that you contact us as soon as you can with proof of the damage and photos if possible, this will help if we have to make a claim against the courier company.

If a CD is not your cup-of-tea we are happy to offer exchanges, we just ask that customers cover the cost of returning the item and reshipping of the alternative. We will then refund the difference or charge the extra from the original purchase.
This exchange policy is done within reason and we reserve the right to refuse at any instance. Repeat exchanges will not be allowed due to CD copying issues. Items must also still be in a re-sellable condition.

Liability: Liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage from use of the products is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Law: English law will apply to the contract between us and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.
